Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your product within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.

To return a product:

Email us at info@portseafans.eu within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Return the item unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Refunds exclude the original shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Failed Deliveries

If a return is required due to an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel, additional shipping costs may apply.
